Northern Kentucky Vacation Packages

The vending machines were completely empty. On every floor. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Could use new or different pillows though. They get super flat. Making them get hot fast and obviously uncomfortable. The staff was great and was able to accommodate us checking in pretty late.

Ok first I don’t think the general staff are responsible for this-the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. It’s so poorly managed. Worst was coming back to our room to find the key card reader was dead. The staff said they had no other way to open the door. We were put in a room with a smaller bed and without all of my and my teenage daughters things. We were kept from our medications not just our belongings. We were told maintenance would be there by 7 am so despite not sleeping because I didn’t have my medication and had a migraine, I set an alarm to go down there. Then I was told he wouldn’t be arriving until 9. The manager happened to arrive because their restaurant was way understaffed for the huge festival that was in town and loudly complaining about how much she spent to make it ready. I told her about the situation and how I urgently needed into my room for my medications. She proceeded to say she had “already asked” the maintenance person to come in “early” at 8. Then she asked the woman at the desk to use a tool to break into our room. Didn’t work. she very condescendingly asked me if we could “go eat breakfast”. A breakfast you have to buy and have to make sure you can wait for two hours because one day there was only one person doing all of it-including cooking, and the next day no one had a clue what they were doing. She told me she fixed that-3rd day of a 4 day festival. I had to suggest the room be comped-bare minimum. Which is what they did. The minimum

Great property in the heart of downtown Louisville. Our room was well-appointed and service was great.

No way to get hot water for tea for guests.

The check in/out was seamless, the valet was attentive and quick, the coffee shop in house was amazing, all staff we dealt with were extremely pleasant, and the pool/hot tub were phenomenal! 10/10 stay, would come again!
