As you enter this oceanfront unit, your eyes are instantaneously drawn to the shining ocean leaving you with a sense of serenity as you begin your North Myrtle Beach vacation. With the availability to sleep 6 comfortably, your lodging includes an oceanfront master bedroom with a flat screen TV and adjoined full, private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. a TV w/ DVD, and a full bath just around the way. A bonus, easily accessible sink is also near the second bedroom for your use. A vastly supplied kitchen with pristine appliances awaits your culinary masterpieces (that is if you feel like cooking on your vacation)! The dining room is quiet and peaceful with adequate seating and a relaxed ambience for your mealtime pleasure.

Some things never change
Have to admit, the location and view are exceptional, but that's where it ends. The building and unit are very dated. Appears not a lot of money is reinvested. Whole unit is carpeted which gives off a bothersome musty smell. Bought a plug in at Walmart to get through the week. Kitchen cabinets and contents were quite dirty. Washed everything before we used it. Some items just need to be thrown away! Bathrooms were clean but presented water stained and peeling wallpaper, peeling vinyl baseboards, loose towel racks, etc. I never did unpack my clothing to put in the drawers. By that point, I was going to be cautious. Reading the reviews from 3 & 4 years ago are the same comments of today. It was just my husband and I so we managed. Young adults might have a problem. We did sleep well, though!

Condo on the beach
Condo smelled like it was recently cleaned and disinfected. The condo inside and out needs to be updated - it's definitely an older place and has a lot of wear and tear from years of use. (like water damage in bathroom, some areas of ceiling flaking, walls cracked, etc.) Given the amount of time we spent inside vs. outside on the beach we didn't worry about it.

Great location! I loved the balcony and access to the beach. The property wasn’t unclean, but the wallpaper and old couch gave the place a bit of an old lady feel. Even so, it was perfect for our family with kids ranging from 2-12.

Musty and Smelly- DO NOT RENT!
Location is great! That's about all. As soon as you walk in, the smell of must/mold and dampness takes over everything! Dishes in cupboards dirty with food on them. Any dishes you wash and put back in cupboards smelled like must and had to be washed before used again. We decided to purchase paper plates and cups to avoid this. Two rolls of toilet paper left for the week, two small bars of soap. Refrigerator does not keep food/drinks cold. Ceiling peeling, master bedroom door sticks. Entire condo needs updating especially bathrooms. Spending the amount we did for a week to stay here tore me up inside! You literally need to purchase everything because nothing that's there should be used. It felt like we were in a cabin with a beautiful view. Seaside Vacation girls were FABULOUS at check in and out. Now reading other reviews when I got home. I wish I would have called Seaside Vacations immediately. I truly don't believe this is a healthy place for anyone to stay, especially with children. We did lock our keys inside and the gentleman that came to our rescue was the sweetest!

Filthy NIGHTMARE
The unit was the worst condo I have ever booked at the beach in my life! Silverware with food stuck on, filth in the drawers that contained the silverware. There was a broiler pan in the oven with leftover grease and oil in the bottom. It spilled inside the oven when I pulled it out. The HVAC system had the wrong size filter in it that needed to be changed a long time ago. The guest bathroom door would not close, and the door catch on the master patio door was rusted so bad that it would not latch. All of these things were not discovered until we had unpacked and went to purchase groceries, so when Seaside offered another location, we had to repack our bags and reload the cars to move to The Verandas 1108 which was a great place even though it needs more comfortable living area seating.
