« Nous avons eu une chambre accessible aux fauteuils roulants, elle était au rez-de-chaussée, grande chambre, très grand lit (deux lit de 100x190 collés l'un à l'autre). Tout était très propre Ils nous ont donné un pass pour ne pas payer le parking jusqu'au lendemain 15h. Le petit déjeuner était très très copieux. Le seul hic : la pression dans la douche (eau chaude mais peu de pression), mais c'est vraiment très souvent en Angleterre. Le personnel était très sympathique. »

« 3 french guys cycling around Cornwall, stopping at a different place every night. Life boat and Saint Yves coupled with a late dinner at Porthminster Kitchen has been a thrill. "This hotel has seen better days but I think it is currently under refurbishment. Nonetheless it is clean, well maintained. Rooms are big and I was granted a sea view room even if I booked a regular first priced room. The breakfast is average but I likes it. The staff is nice and helpful. I like the charm of the 70s-80s Grand Hotels, if you do too I would highly recommend the St Ives Bay"
