"This might have been one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I have ever had. You can tell that whoever runs this hotel is very passionate about it and treats their staff extremely well - you could tell the employees they’re really had a sense of pride while doing their job. Every single person we talked to was pleasant, had and went out of their way to be friendly to everybody. The hotel was extremely clean and well kept, breakfast was great, and we were very comfortable. We went there for one night for the Chappell Roan concert in the front desk, staff took such an interest in learning about our experience and asking questions - I felt they genuinely wanted to get to know us and hear our story. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody and if I’m ever back in the Charleston area, this would be my first place I’d want to book!"
