My husband reserved two rooms for our family for 3 nights (all adults). It was the first time ever for any of us to stay at a Hampton Inn. The hotel was very clean, had very nice decor, and all staff we encountered were pleasant, professional and very helpful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quiet in the hotel, and the breakfast was splendid. The young man who was responsible for the breakfast area was exceptionally nice and kind too.

The place was clean. The breakfast and pool were great. It sucked to have to pay an additional $15 for parking in the large lot. It’s not like we were downtown or were sitting in a secure parking ramp. There was no need for the extra charge.

The Hampton is a good place to stay. The beds are firm and comfortable. The blankets are warm and nice. They have complimentary liquid soap and lotion dispensers at the sink with plenty of towels along with complimentary dispensers of shampoo and conditioner in the shower. The facility and room is very clean and the checkin staff is very nice. Stephanie at the front desk was superb!!

Overall, our stay was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. The only issue we experienced was an ant problem around the hotel. There were ants all over our rental car, as well as on several other guests’ vehicles. We found this particularly strange because we had just picked up our rental car that same day and there was no food or anything inside that would have attracted them. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would consider staying here again but park somewhere else.

The room was nice and clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The area was quiet and safe. The only thing I didn't catch was pay to park. I missed that when I booked the room and it was the first time I have had to pay to park at a hotel.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was clean but the sink was stopped up and the toilet kept running. I had to jiggle the handle to seat the flapper so the water would stop. I could hear the toilet in the next room running as well...what a shame to waste the water. The other downside is the location next to the interstate. It was so loud. Bring ear plugs.
