They have no microwaves in the rooms but do have one in the lobby but tenants are not allowed to use it. Then they have a vending machine but they have to access it for. Then the customer service representatives are rude. A representative had an attitude because i asked why am i always being charge a small fee of 50 cent to a dollar everytime i book via hotels.com "
