Bathrooms were stocked with tons of clean towels and everything was spotless. The location worked well for us and the neighborhood was quiet. We only stayed 2 nights and got in late both nights, but it was very comfortable. The kids loved having their own bedroom and space to relax. Great screened in porch with additional dining table outside. This is a great home, in a great neighborhood and is perfect for large families or multi-family visit. ##### Kara L. We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property in Austin, Texas! The house was stunning—beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The layout was perfect for our group, with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The location was ideal for exploring all that Austin has to offer. We were close to great restaurants, shops, and all the local attractions, making it easy to experience the vibrant energy of the city. Our host went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic stay. Communication was seamless, and they provided thoughtful touches that made us feel truly welcomed. We enjoyed the gathering places - living room and kitchen and the outdoor screened in porch. The kitchen was well supplied with plates and glasses but the pots/pans need updating. I addressed it with the owner/manager and they are planning to update them. The owner/manager was VERY responsive and helpful. The beds were all comfortable and bathrooms well supplied. The house was very clean There are a few other maintenance issues that I shared with the owner/manager and they intend to address them. The teachers thought the massage chair was a huge plus after our long trip to get there. The guests in the upstair bedrooms were a bit confused on how to get ceiling fans to work.
