"I recently visited New York with my husband and daughter for her birthday. The hotel was clean but the hostess when I arrived was Not very pleasant.There was some prejudices experienced and left a bad taste in my mouth. A $225 holding fee was placed. The cahrge is supposed to be returned to my card minus $68.48 for a facility fee. We stayed 3 nights housekeeping never cleaned our room even when asked. She said she needed to ask her manager. For what? We couldn't even get extra towels. The doorsmen had good hospitality. I will say the location is superb right next to Times Square and plenty of restaurants. "

"Location is great. Facility is good. The only thing I would ding the stay for is how hard the room doors slam shut. Late night / early morning when guests are coming and going, the slamming of the doors will wake you up."

"We went to NYC to see shows and our hotel was in the epicenter of most theaters. It was awesome. The hotel staff was great, and the room fit 3 of us. We were half a block away from times square where the TKTS booth is located. One of the shows we saw was right next door to the theater, which was nice since it was cold and snowing."
