Top North America Hotel Reviews

NEW YORKER BY LOTTE HOTELS
8/10 Good
"The hotel was very clean and staff were helpful. The space needs a bit of a refresh as the carpet and fixtures (and such) are old. Our shower head constantly dripped. I would definitely stay here again."

Romer Hell's Kitchen
10/10 Excellent
"The location is great in the middle of Manhattan, walking distance to Time square, Moma and Radio City Music Hall. The room is clean and the lobby is very comfortable."

Hotel St. James
2/10 Terrible
"Staff was unwelcoming. Elevator unreliable and 3 different levels in the bathroom which cause one family member to fall. Stale room with window unit AC. Did not stay the night at the property, didn't even stay an hour. When told lobby staff, all they said was checking out early? Ok."

Fairmont Royal York
10/10 Excellent
"The outstanding feature about the Fairmont in Toronto was the staff. Everyone we encountered (particularly the bellman who assisted us in our arrival & our departure) was very professional and friendly. Our room was small, but had all the important features to make it comfortable. Breakfast was very good in the hotel’s restaurant. We will definitely stay there again if in Toronto."

New York Hilton Midtown
2/10 Terrible
"Our stay was fine but the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to wait more than an hour on the floor in front of my room with my 80 year old grandmother for security to open our room because our key cards kept getting locked out for no reason."

Hilton Garden Inn New York/West 35th Street
8/10 Good
"Despite that it is listed as a hotel with a parking, the Hilton Garden Hotel on 35 W Street, NY, NY does not have a parking. They have an arrangement with a close by parking but the coordination between the hotel and the parking crew was less than perfect. I was assured by the receptionist that I had all the documentation to confirm that I was a guest (in order to receive a discaount on the parking fee), however the parking attendent insisted that that documentation was insufficient. So, I had to go back and forth from the hotel to the parking and to convince the receptionist that he must provide proper documentation. That should have been worked out between the hotel and the parking. It would only be fair that these details are given to potential guests ahead of time. Also, expedia should include the parking price in the hotel charge."

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"Close to every thing"

Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel
4/10 Poor
"Well, when I booked this Hotel, part of the description for this hotel said Included Free Parking. But when we arrived, I was informed that valet parking was an additional 73.00 per day or I could self-park across the street at Public Parking that I would have to pay on my own...! So I chose to self-park, and today when I checked by CC for any charges, they charged me 73 bucks yesterday when we checked in, and I told them I was going to self-park and not use their parking option...!"

Row NYC
6/10 Okay
"The place is beautiful in the lobby but the room are super tiny and the phone didn’t work in the room. Other than that it was a great location close to everything!"
