« Host has placed portable AC units on upper floors to be sure temperature is maintained during hot weather. This is very considerate, but exhausts are routed to open windows and taped there. The exhaust on the third fooor fell out of the window into the tub during our night there and needs to be more securely attached. »

« Family of 4 stayed at the Lodge for 2 nights. Main reason for coming was to visit Dollywood and enjoy the pool. I’m a huge Margaritaville fan and usually have very high ratings of resorts we have stayed at previously. Staff was amazing! Check-in staff to our waiter were incredible!
