Very old, not well maintained

Room was immaculate, beds and bedding were supremely comfortable, basic toiletries provided. However, we had to wait 30 minutes past check-in time for a room to be ready, at which time we had to re approach the front desk to inquire and were then provided with an alternate room that was ready. There was no proactive attempt to provide us with a room that was ready at check-in despite the fact that we were waiting in the lobby and had completed the front desk check-in process. We were unable to take advantage of the free breakfast. After waiting 10 minutes for an elevator we tried the stairs, but the restaurant floor stair access was employee only. Overall a good stay and convenient location with a couple of hiccups.

I’ve completed escape rooms that were easier than getting access …. It was to the point where my wife and I were thinking we got scammed. Thankfully security shared a cell number where we could reach someone from the company, but even after that there were multiple hoops to jump through and issues sending the wrong information.

Gorgeous and well located condo - fantastic neighborhood. Condo was well stocked, quiet, lovely building. There are a lot of emails back and forth during check in and stay - I was fine with it (and will stay here again) but it might be confusing for someone less well traveled. It's good to think of it as a true VRBO - the experience is the same. If you like staying in a VRBO, this is an unbeatable value for the money!
