This is a very nice budget hotel not far from the airport. The property is spread across several houses with amazingly well-kept grounds full of roses. The staff is extremely helpful. They offer a free shuttle from the airport and were able to pick me up in the middle of the night. Their coffee is so amazing! The room and the bathroom is well-appointed and clean. I would stay there again.

Staff were so friendly! The breakfast option was delicious and had different meals each day. Super nice lady at the breakfast area who was so kind and helpful. Room was clean and was turned around often. Stayed with two adults and 2 kids for 7 days and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds! Walking distance to central Yerevan. Would stay again!

This hotel exceeded my expectations for a long overnight layover. Room was clean and pretty warm (I saw a review claiming rooms are too cold and was worried about that). Front desk lady was very helpful and brought breakfast to my room very early in the morning. I’m not sure if I’d stay in this hotel for longer since it’s far away from the center but if you need a hotel for layover this is a great option.
