« Le personnel particulièrement avec un excellent accueil et toujours disponible. Peut-être prévoir un peu de rénovation, la moquette dans la chambre n’est pas très attrayante. Un rafraîchissement au niveau de la porte de la salle d’eau côté intérieur. Au petit déjeuner prévoir un autre mode d’eau chaude. En dehors de cela tout était parfait ainsi que l’emplacement. Un grand merci à tout le personnel sans exception. »

« Very difficult to find, even for locals. Entrance not convenient at all if you have heavy luggages : you will have to walk stairs and corridors before finding the lift that will take you to the 14th floor. The hotel is correct but according to me too expensive for the comfort offered. »

« Malgré une gentillesse remarquable de son personnel, cet hotel n'est pas recommandable pour deux raisons majeures: absence totale d'isolation phonique, d'une part, et, d'autre part, salle de douche inacceptable (1 metre carré sans receveur de douche). Si vous prenez une douche, l'ensemble des élèments présents est trempé: vos vétements, mais aussi votre trousse de toilette, vos serviettes...inutile de dire qu'après vous, personne ne peut rentrer dans ce réduit à part la femme de menage. Bref,...

« The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat! The Breakfast! This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do.
