This is one of the best hotels. The location, the helpful staff, the cleanliness and the free amenities made my stay even better. I will definitely stay here again if I get the chance.

Updates needed. New towels needed(very old). The room smells of mold. The staff was kind and helpful. It doesn't take much to buy new towels, clean walls, furniture, and remove the smell.

We had a fantastic stay at Chatrium Riverside Hotel. We even received a complimentary upgrade to a suite. The hotel is very clean and has a lovely pool, which is perfect for relaxing between outings. They have amazing breakfast. The staff are truly amazing and go out of their way to make sure you stay is pleasant. They are attentive, friendly and always ready to accommodate any request to ensure you looked after and have everything you need. Nothing felt like too much trouble for them. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable. Your kindness and professionalism made a real difference, and we'll definitely be back. Highly recommend this hotel if you want great service comfortable stay!

The room was bigger than expected. Nice sized bathroom. Needs a bit of renovation and deeper cleaning, however I was rarely in my room. Right by a 7/11 and 6min walk to bts which gets you to a few places. For a 3night stay, it was decently priced.

Genuinely the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Clean, great location, great staff, FOOD IS PHENOMENAL! Get the breakfast package you won’t regret it. It’s in a spot right off a main road but still not noisy. Rooftop pool and bar and view! Will be staying here again!
