Nong Mae Kai Vacation Packages

I like this property. I had a problem with the lady renting me the apartment. It was a big property and I tried to get clarification but she was very un accommodating and rude. On day of check out I tried to ask why I was moved last minute as soon as I arrived to the country they changed my reservation and only told me once I arrived to property. The place was very beautiful but I was disappointed with the lady I communicated with. She was unprofessional and did not want to help at all

The hotel is very beautiful, nice and long pools Foods are good Only problem is the old bathroom, ours had leaking water from ceiling in the bathroom which caused an injury to our son due to wet floor which they didn’t fix the issue when we reported it!!! We ended up with an emergency doctor for my son and loosing 2 days of our vacation due to his injury and stressful situation! They did not do anything in the hotel as a customer satisfaction compensation, just brought a doctor and after a day fixed the water problem.

The room was spotless. The stuff was nice. It was a beautiful experience.

Staff were amazing with young children, excellent amenities for kids (kids club, playground, kids water park, splash pad, can pay extra for babysitters). Food is not great but everything else was amazing.
