The Grand Club is a standout, offering exceptional service, generous amenities, and a serene space to unwind throughout the day, the only distraction is the children that often accompany parents which is maybe not such a consideration for others paying to upgrade to Club. Our room came with a comfortable bed and excellent linen and towels, which is important to me. With its elegant interiors and unbeatable location just steps from lakeside walks, dining, and shopping, it’s the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience and so glad we booked the stay. "

"Free laundry machines but the gym was closed due to refurbishment. Rooms were fine although a little small and the sink was directly in the room rather than a separate bathroom. Breakfast had a good selection and only a 20 minute walk to the West Lake or a £2 taxi ride. "
