"This property was ideal for our family. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. Two bedrooms up and two bedrooms down. Short walk to the beach was private. The kids were so excited to catch their first fish from the dock. (I would suggest bringing water shoes.) We enjoyed a fire the last night we there to make Smores. Cindy was wonderful to work with. She was quick to respond to my questions. The bonus is having Grandview within walking distance. We were able to use restaurants and game room. Close location to Nisswa for shopping and a great lunch at Axe Brewing. Overall good experience!!"

"We were up for a short weekend and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. This was the perfect place and met all of our needs. Was clean, plenty of space and the kitchen had everything we needed. Will definitely stay again! "

"The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The view is incredible and everything about the home is amazing. Perfect place to bring together family and friends for a weekend on beautiful Gull Lake. We were the firsts guests at this property so I do take that into consideration but the check in process was terrible. The AC needed to be fixed so that pushed back the check in time a bit which is understandable. But the hosts were there still getting their stuff and getting the place ready when we arrived so it made it very uncomfortable for guests that wanted to start enjoying the property. Hosts were very kind but after the first 30 minutes of us standing around and waiting it became very inconvenient, uncomfortable and awkward. We arrived at 5:15 and they didn’t leave until 6:30-7. There was also no hot water the entire weekend. The first guest showered had lukewarm water and it was cold after that. The communication was great as to what was happening with the host. Overall beautiful place!! Just a few little things to work on. I would absolutely recommend to stay here, it’s gorgeous! "

"My husband and I came here with our two boys (5 and 2) and had a blast. The beach entry is shallow and great for littles. We rented a pontoon to explore gull lake and the kids loved the Lilly pad that was provided with the rental. House was clean and roomy. Had a great stay!"
