The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We couldn’t wish for anything more. Always help with transfer to the skiing slopes and also help with suggestions, booking and transfer to restaurants at night. Yoko is a nice person. She will recommend which is good place for dinner and also suggest the route for us. The villa had beautiful view. The house was big same with the photo.
