"Our stay at Bliss was nothing short of spectacular, the staff there are INCREDIBLY kind and caring. You really feel like you are being hosted by family when you stay here. My partner and I got engaged during our trip and they went and got us cake from a bakery down the street!!
We will definitely be returning to Niseko and staying at Bliss Lodging!"
"Visiting for a ski trip. Accommodations were warm, spacious, clean and honestly perfect. Location is outstanding directly next to 3 bus lines. Walking to food, bars & Downtown area. Hosts was very responsive and easy to work with. "
"Such an amazing experience staying here for a week. Our group of 6 stayed in the Villa Tsubaki and had plenty of space. The entire Bliss staff were so kind, welcoming and friendly. Above and beyond service and hospitality. Cannot recommend staying here enough & will be happy to return in the future. "
"Very good breakfast and excellent location.
Shuttles to the ski lifts were abundant and available anytime. Staff and rooms were very good as well. Used ski rental right in the hotel"
"Stayed in the self contained 1br. Large and spacious. Staff were very friendly, helpful and great at communicating via email prior to and during stay. organising pick up via bus and having our SIM cards delivered was a breeze. It’s a few minutes walk from the shuttle bus and a handful of restaurants and bars. About 5 mins to the gondola with the shuttle.
My only criticisms are that the walls are so thin that I thought the neighbours phone vibrations were my own, and whilst the shower size was...
"Pros: The chalet and surrounding area were better than advertised. Right next to the ski lift and quite comfortable.
Cons: Customer service was overwhelmed and made mistakes. Most frustrating was arriving at midnight to find ourselves unable to get into our room even after confirming twice the entry instructions the day prior. After 24 hours of travel, having to wait outside on a cold night until someone let us in was not fun. "
"The room view was great, and the weather was great on the first day, which is essential to enjoy the view of Mt. Yotei. The room was clean but not air-conditioned. Houses in Hokkaido are designed primarily for winter, so it wasn’t cool enough during high summer. Considering the level of global warming, I suppose an air-con will be a must in Hokkaido now... unless the present trend reversed and the climate gets cooler. Otherwise the stay was great!!!"

"We booked two 4 people family Mountain View rooms, 4nights for Niseko snowboarding, 5 minutes walking to Annupuri ski field. The stay was literally perfect, rooms were huge and clean, 10/10, can’t believe it is a 3 star hotel? (Correct me if I’m wrong), in my opinion the service and rooms were at least 4-4.5 star standard. The dinner was nice, the onsen was nice too but they let ppl do day visit onsen so it can be a bit packed, it was the only part I didn’t like. Btw the soft cone at the bar was way too good."
