It also had ski storage in the basement which was convenient. The only negative is that there were far too few accessible outlets in the unit. I counted 3, 1 in the kitchen, in the bathroom and next to the bed. For new construction that was surprising and disappointing. Some residents put their garbage outside their room which makes the corridor very smelly since there is no housekeeping included in the routine bookings, you have to pay for cleaning on daily basis if necessary.
