Clean room, staff were great, property and rooms just dated.

I had 1 issue that i reported to the reception. I wanted to use the hanged hand towel in the rack, wheni opened it, there were hairs

Room was nice. Fridge was noisy and rooms are a bit noisy. Pet charge was pretty high. Breakfast was good.

I had a terrible experience with the night manager. I wanted to move a chaperone and 2 children that he was taking care of, because chaperone had let me know that there was drinking & partying in the next room around 1am. Kids didn't feel safe (We were there for a church service at the time, I booked 5 rooms) Night manager wouldn't let us switch rooms, he was rude and kept questioning my decisions as to why I didn't book connecting rooms, or that drinking is allowed as long as they keep it quiet.....We switched rooms the next day when a professional helped us, I was very disappointed in how this was handled. I will not be booking here again.
