Ninh Van Vacation Packages

We had a two bedroom/two bathroom suite with a king bed in one room and two twin beds in another room for our children. Check in was very quick and easy. Our room on arrival wasn’t thoroughly cleaned but the issue was promptly fixed after speaking with the front desk (within 30minutes of bringing up the issue). The staff were super apologetic. Our view from our room was amazing. We a clear view of the pools below, Vinworld across the water, and the beach. If you have an ocean view room, it can be bit a noisey if the crowds are big outside. During the time we went, the VN team not only won against Thailand but also the southeast Asian cup so it was very loud and celebratory up until 3-4am. But other than those two nights, the noise level was very tolerable. However understand that this comes with the fact that it is located in a central location that is within walking distance to many things Daily housekeeping did a great job with refreshing towels and bedding and tidying the room. My daughter fell in love with the towel animal in the room so upon check out , we asked if we could purchase it for her. Instead the hotel gifted the towel animal to her and it honestly made her entire trip. She carried it all the way back to the states still has it intact. She loves it so much that will be bringing it in for show and tell at school and will be telling her class about her trip to VN and how she got her towel animal.

Incredibly beautiful hotel with views out of this world. Amazing swimming pool and small private beach. The breakfast is delicious with an excellent selection of both western and Asian foods. Kids club is great that is one of the main reasons we selected this hotel. My kids are quite loud and boisterous to say the least … but staff made us feel comfortable and welcome at all times. Hotel is in a great location with a new theater and some small coffee shops close by if you fancy a change from the hotel but the room service and the restaurants are all excellent. We chose to eat in our room most evenings and the selection is great. Hotel is brand new having only opened around 10 days or so ago so there were some teething issues which is to be expected but as soon as I brought these to the attention of the staff there were dealt with accordingly and the manager made me a very nice gesture to apologize for this. Will definitely return, looking forward to enjoying the beach bar which is not yet open but that was not an issue as we just walked along the beach to a further beach club restaurant to eat and get some drinks. The cabanas on the beach are sublime, so comfortable and I was able to close the curtains to enable my baby daughter to sleep comfortably whilst I enjoyed some sun.
