Sleep Inn Austintown - Youngstown, West

"Really the best thing about this property is the location. The exit is great for restaurants and other conveniences. The staff were helpful and courteous. The room was clean. The bed comfortable. I slept great. They are trying to make improvements but there are still areas of need, hence the 4/5. My biggest complaint was the coffee was not very good and I had to make a stop down the road. I would stay here again though. The pool was out for repairs and can’t comment on any other amenities."

"Great stay with friendly staff. The Dove personal care products were a really nice touch. The microfiber sheets were not nice. Please return to cotton. Met some family members at the bar one evening for drinks and the service was terrific."

"Room was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual and the bananas and hard boiled eggs were the healthy option. The coffee was disappointing but Dunkin and Starbucks a short walk/drive. We had the pool all to ourselves. I would return again for short stay."

"The rooms were clean, modern, and updated. The halls and common areas were clean, but a little worn. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was a little more limited than I had hoped. Waffles, hard boiled eggs, breads/bagels, and oatmeal."

Peaceful Home Near Youngstown: Fenced Backyard!

"Overall good stay. Plenty of room and plenty of towels, etc. Home also has a good supply of things such as coffee, dish soap, laundry soap, garbage bags, condiments, etc. Was stocked with a few bottles of water upon arrival. Quiet area of town just a short distance away from a multitude of shopping and dining options. Minor problems were quickly addressed. Communication was good.There were a few areas that could make a great stay better. 1. The double bed is extremely noisy when anyone moves on it. The guests who used that room reported it was loud enough to wake the other when turning at night. 2. The coded lock could be a bit finicky. There were occasions in which we attempted to leave and it would not lock at all. We would end up having to do things such as attempt to 'unlock' the door with the code first before it would then lock by pushing the button after. 3. There is room for a full or queen size bed in the third 'bedroom' and it would make for a much more comfortable experience for guests having to share that room. 4. We experienced a power outage during our stay close to nightfall and had extreme difficulty finding anything that could be used for light until the power was restored. 5. Not a problem for us, but the house probably needs to have the wiring checked out. We would use the microwave and it would cause lights to dim temporarily. 6. Main bathroom has a shower leak but management is aware and has reported they are looking into a repair."
