Walk To the Beach! Peaceful Paradise w/ Hot Tub!
We are steps to beautiful Bay beach, and all of the best shops and restaurants in Town. Come and unwind. Our newly renovated cottage, minutes from the beach will have you forgetting all of your worries. The backyard is a private oasis with a brand new hot tub, fully fenced, with comfortable seating. There is a gas BBQ for all of your use. Indoors there is a brand new AC system for those hot summer days, and a gas fire place for the cozy, cool nights. It is located close to restaurants, shops.. and not to mention, gorgeous Crystal Beach. This home really is a breath of fresh air.
Our house is a cozy cottage, all on one level. There is one step from the driveway onto the porch, which wraps around the house. There are no steps inside of the house. We have a gas fireplace, overhead air conditioning and a tankless water heater. The house is very comfortable for 4 guests, with our new Endy mattresses. They are a dream. The back patio door leads to a fully fenced deck around with a gas BBQ, muskoka chairs for lounging and our hot tub. The hot tub is great year round!
The driveway is for 1 car, but you can fit 2 if they are small cars. There is also street parking in front of the house. Be sure not to block in the neighbours as the road is quite narrow. You will have full, private access to the house. It is keyless and contactless entry. If you need anything during your stay, we will locally and are available to help in any way possible.
No smoking inside the house. HST excluded in price. Minimum age requirement is 25 years old. We are happy to host your pet as well. Additional fee for pets will be charged. There is no dishwasher, but we provide soaps and fresh sponges for each guest. Please contact for other inquiries.

Property pictures are accurate. Owner was easy to communicate with. Short walk to the beach. Property was clean and well stocked. Beds were very comfy.

Nice place. Probably best for a couple or young family.
A few things to know. Seating for meals is a bit awkward if four will be dining. Only two chairs, or three counter height—but 2 spaces . The fenced yard is all deck. BBQ and hot tub were lovely. Kitchen is well equipped but no dishwasher— bedroom w/ queen bed is small— can’t walk around bed. Beaches indicated in book as dog friendly are all posted no dogs.
We had a nice time but these things were a bit of a surprise to us.

Great Family Place to Stay
My family loved this trip. This home was a perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 young kids and is a short walk to the beach.
Very clean, comfortable environment, felt private even with surrounding homes. Dishes, cutlery, pots, bowls all provided. Plenty of towels and linens. Even provide slippers and family board games. Nice extras with the hot tub, washer/dryer and bbq. Welcome binder was helpful for getting to know the home and area. Cannot wait to stay again!

Definitely 'As advertised'!!
This property listing gave "too good to be true" vibes, but it really IS 'as advertised'!!
The place is cozy and CLEAN. Small but perfectly laid out. Everthing works and they thought of so many little things to make the stay more enjoyable.
The beach is close and lots of stores and restaurants close-by too. We were out a lot so didn't use the hot tub but it's large and nestled in a corner, ready for use with simple cleaning instructions.
We used the BBQ a great deal - all utensils and serving dishes were provided.
Pet friendly property! We went with our two cats and all was well.
The owner/property manager was accessible and responsive the entire time, even checked in to make sure all was well, at one point.
Overall, we had an amazing stay for the week and have added this property as one of our favourites.
