Amazing on all levels! Location is perfect for home base to explore the city and area and everything you want to see is within walking distance. Stylish and very comfortable rooms. Staff are so friendly and helpful with anything you need. We stayed for a couple of nights and then went to Ha Long Bay Area and when we came back we had our same room which was so great! Spotless property and good breakfast especially the items you ask for like the eggs and soup. Definitely have the hotel arrange transportation for you regardless of where you are arriving from or going to for a seamless and worry free experience as the international arrivals terminal is nuts!! We can’t recommend this hotel any higher! It was a highlight of our trip! Thank you for everything.

Rooms are on the small side so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage, consolidate the things you need into a carryon size so you don’t have to open large suitcases. Nice enough boutique hotel with the sweetest staff. Breakfast buffet was on the small side but it did the job.

Great hotel in a super location! Staff are kind, friendly, attentive and supportive. I stayed at this hotel twice during my 19-day trip to Vietnam and felt very safe there as a solo, middle-aged female traveller. The rooms are perfectly adequate, particularly as they are so inexpensive. Breakfast is healthy, hygienic and tasty. I would not hesitate to stay there again
