"I normally never rate 5 stars, however I absolutely don't have one complaint. My room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food was good. It was very busy and the hotel staff that I encountered were very friendly and helpful."

"Overall the stay was good. My only complaint would be in the morning, the housekeeping staff was congregating in a doorway by the coffee, opposed to 4 feet inside the door where there was plenty of room for the morning check in. It was difficult to navigate through the group with luggage and the cart."

"The hotel was very nice and super convenient while going to Cleveland Clinic. The walkway between the hotel and hospital made things super easy. The front desk staff was professional and friendly. The room was nice, although the bed was a little hard for my liking."

"Was Not happy with some of the staff that work at the counter when you walk in. I let them know. They need to polish up on dress code and behavior issues. The one guy there was his first day. He was nice. The guy her him Halloween person seemed to be confused a little bit and the guy in the evening didn’t even acknowledge me when I walked in. I smiled at him and he looked up and looked right back to play on his cell phone. The girls that’s worked there were very nice. The staff at the front desks the issue."

"Really nice hotel. The staff was extra nice. Excellent breakfast and perfect shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic. The night manager coached me with great patience and in detail how to take the bus/train to the airport from a stop right in front of the hotel. Cost $5 and faster (especially during rush hour) then a $55 taxi ride."
