A large studio with high ceilings and 5 windows that let in plenty of light. Open city views but facing away from the street to keep it nice and quiet. Laundry is available in the basement. Kips Bay is a central neighborhood allowing access to any part of NYC in 20-30 minutes. There is a Trader Joe's only a block and a half away! Close to the 6 train which runs north and south, and there is a bus stop one block away to take you east and west.
