"The hotel was nice and all. My ONLY issue was the Elevator, it was horrible at best, 1 was out of service. 20 and 30 minutes waits at times, and when you’re on a higher floor, it makes it very bad. Also I drive an EV, and the charging was there, but the parking for it wasn’t the best. "

"Our stay was great. The location is perfect, right in the heart of things and easy walking to just about everything. The view was awesome. The mattresses were lumpy and could use replacing but the room was clean. The inside of the building has charm out the wazoo. When there wasn't a group of smokers on it, the front porch was so relaxing to sit on a rocking chair, sip a drink and watch the sights. The staff was always friendly and polite. We would stay there again."

"Front desk staff needs improvement. At check in, the agent checking me in did not smile at all during the whole process. Being in the position where you are essentially the face of the hotel and the first point of interaction with guests, front desk agents need to provide a warm welcome to guests approaching the front desk.
