"Our room was a little outdated, but perhaps its only the pet friendly rooms as we traveled with our dogs. Free continental breakfast was satisfactory. The first night there was an incident in the boiler room that triggered the fire alarm and everyone had to evacuate. For the next 2 days there was no hot water. The staff at the front desk said we'd get a $75 discount refunded from expedia on our 4-night stay, which we never received."

We liked that the hotel was a walking distance from downtown which was easier for shopping and enjoy variety of restaurants without using a car as finding a parking spot was not easy. The breakfast was delicious at the Chamber's restaurant inside the hotel. The staff were nice and helpful."
