« When you first walk into the main lobby, you almost choke from the smell of smoke it reeks then when I got up to the front desk, I had made a reservation for two queen beds for my son and I and they informed me that they did not have that they only had one queen and could bring a rollaway bed in as I was standing there they were helping other people and bragging about canceling other persons reservations to fit the people that were there in completely disrespectful of the people that had called...
