"This was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay during our girls trip to the NWA area. The beds are comfortable with very nice sized rooms. The whole place is well furnished and very clean. You do have to walk around the house and down a hill to get to the entrance however that was not a problem for us. The view from the door is beautiful. There’s a place to hang bikes and even a fix-it station."

Sleeping on the hide-a-beds was a little uncomfortable. Pest control spraying during our stay unpleasant...not the employee, just the timing."

"We throughly enjoyed our stay a Jim’s home on Lake Ann. Well stocked, clean and welcoming, the home was perfect. I love the sitting area by the lake. The kayaks were a bonus. It was a wonderful trip, we made lots of lasting memories! Thank you."

"One of most beautiful views of the lake. House was super stocked and the gift baskets were a nice personal touch. We spent a lot of time on the huge deck and in the pool swimming and relaxing. The sunsets were gorgeous. House was super clean and spacious. The hosts attention to detail made for a great stay. We will definitely return."

"The property was beautiful, it was our family of 6 and the 4 kids were all 16 and up. The kids really enjoyed the air hockey and the hot tub as it was too cold to use the pool. They also really loved the 2 friendly dogs. It was a pleasant stay plenty of room for everyone."

"Great property! Very spacious and serene. Had a few minor issues upon check in but the owner was super quick to resolve them and even offered us a free night! Owner went above and beyond to check with us regularly to make sure everything was going well. Our teenage boys had a great time and so did we! Would definitely stay again!"

"We didn't get to stay long but there is ample hiking trails and recreational activities. We want to come back to explorer the area more! The house is close to amenities but still secluded. I would recommend if you’re looking for a quick easy trip."
