Our 2-bedroom home offers comfort, convenience, and a peaceful stay in a quiet neighborhood close to hospitals, KCU medical school, OCC, shopping, dining and more.

Inside, you will find a bright and inviting sunroom that can double as a third sleeping space, complete with a futon and extra bedding. The spacious formal dining room features a large table with seating for six, perfect for family meals. The fully stocked kitchen includes all the essentials you need to cook and feel right at home.

The home features two bedrooms:
*One with a comfortable queen-size bed.
*One with two twin beds.
*The sunroom offers a futon that folds out to a twin-size bed.

Step outside to enjoy the privacy fenced in backyard, with seating for relaxing. The Walmart neighborhood marketplace is only one mile away. Enjoy a beautiful stroll at Cunningham Park nearby while the kids play on the large playground or basketball courts. The Mercy Park is 4 minutes from the house. This is a memorial park built on site of the 2011 tornado's ground zero serving as a place of reflection with walking trails, a pond, a fountain, and picnic shelters. This is a really neat park to visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quaint, adorable home. We loved everything about it. It was cozy and comfortable and just what we needed for our short trip. Love the way they decorated the home. It was nice having our dogs with us and being able to let them roam around in the fenced backyard. We will certainly stay here again on our next trip!

Perfect Holy Week Retreat

Pleasant stay in Joplin

I stayed with a friend and their dog, and this house was the perfect size for the three of us. It was really close to the downtown area, which was a lot of fun, and super close to the grocery store. The host is very responsive and made sure that it was a great experience all around

We stay often in Joplin and this was by far the best stay. So many thoightful touches. Great setup for families. Close to so many amenities. Our host was phenomenal.

Girlfriend get-away

We visited a few sites. The mineral museum and the waterfall which we enjoyed. We enjoyed our meal at club 609 very much! We spent time relaxing and talking. The neighborhood was quiet which help with our restful time.

Cozy house

This house had everything we needed. Space to spread out, cookware, toiletries, and toys (which was very helpful for my son). We had stayed there before when the previous owners owned it. It hasn't changed, which is good.

Amazing house

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in Joplin! It is nicely decorated with minimal fragile things around (important to us since we had a 6 year old and 3 year old). The beds were comfy and the kitchen was nicely equipped. The best part was all the amazing toys in the bedroom closet that entertained the kids for hours.

College Visit at Ozark Christian College

The home was very well kept and welcoming, it is an older home that has been updated keeping a lot of its original charm. Clarissa was a fabulous host and gave several recommendations for restaurants in the area which all were spot on, she responded quickly to any questions, and made sure that we had made it safely and gotten into the home without any issues.

Midwest Getaway

We drove from California to Joplin and was pleasantly surprised that the description was exactly as described. Very comfortable home, close to the stores, nice yard and lots of parking. We even extended for an additional day and the owner responded very quick. Would definitely recommend and go back when or if the opportunity arises.

Bathtub safety concern

Quaint house with character. We had issues with the internet buffering and not working and we notified the property manager. We had concerns about the bathtub shower. The deep tub required a big step over to take a shower. There was no hand hold bar to assist either an adult or child. That is a question I will ask before renting again. It was a pleasant stay, pet friendly with a yard and outside chairs to enjoy it.
