"The Home was cozy and the fire on the roof top deck was so nice! You cannot beat the view from up there! Lori was so responsive to any questions I had and very kind. She took the time to write out some fun things for us to check out in the area, which was very sweet. The little town of Oceanside is so wonderful, everyone is friendly and the beach is beautiful!"

"Right on the beach, direct ocean view and access. Steps down to the beach may be difficult for elderly or handicaped persons. Very nice property. The kitchen is very nice, plenty plates, silver wear, glass wear and pots and pans. Beds are on the small side, but lovely bedding. Rock Way Beach Rock is in view."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this home and it was great as expected. Love the easy parking and that unlike most houses in Oceanside, there isn't a flight of stairs to climb as we unload! The views are amazing and the house is well furnished and clean. Tons of kitchen supplies, utensils, extra bath towels, etc. Highly recommended!"

"Easy drive up and walk to beach or downtown restaurants. This house had everything we asked for plus. I have to say that our age range was 68-81 and the front steps were a bit of a challenge, there are no grab bars in the bathroom and the toilet is very low to the ground for older folks. We didn't think we needed "disabled" access but some easy access would have helped. We hope to stay here again."

"This was our second time staying at Sea and Sand. We had a mixed bag of weather, with sunny days and stormy days. The house was just so cozy during the storms, and we got a lot of "puzzling" in. Love the expansive views of both the ocean and beach and the mountain. Lots of spots outside to sit and enjoy the ambiance. The beds were comfortable, and very large couch that we all fitted on. Used the barbecue and ping-pong table. Great access to the beach, and manageable for my 80+ year old folks!...
