Stayed two separate nights. Excellent breakfast buffet with a great selection among western and Asian palates. Second night we stayed, our room had been upgraded. IHG rewards allowed us to have a later check out time and the program is freely to join. Gym is adequate and the pool was good. There’s a soccer pitch located on site and beside it, an outdoor barbecue place, which was a nice social gathering spot. The upstairs restaurant has a decent selection of whiskies. Booked this hotel last minute due to flight changes and had an extra day in Japan. The hotel comes with an airport shuttle which made travelling to the airport hassle free. It also comes w a shuttle that takes you to the Aeon Mall so you can do your last minute shopping as well. I did pay an extra 3000 yen to check in early since we arrived earlier than expected but that’s okay. My partner and I were able to rest after a long travel day.

Very close walk and convenient from Keisei Narita station, with easy and cheap access to/ from the airport. For a short airport stay it's pretty good, the check-in was very easy and didn't feel overcharged. The room is quite tight so would be a challenge with larger bags but it's clean and efficient so for a one-night stay it is totally fine. The hotel provided amenities like robes and toiletries which is always nice, along with a small coffee machine in the lobby. If you have time, the AEON...
