« It was a spacious and comfortable room. It had a great deck with views of natural scenery. Very relaxing. Sauna and pool were great perks. The door was difficult to open at times; it kept getting jammed. Also, the host needs to be better at communicating, we never received instructions to check-in and he was hard to reach. Overall, great place, but needs some minor improvements. »

« Motel pratique pour un passage rapide à Parksville. Chambre spacieuse, bien équipée, globalement assez propre (cependant quelques miettes sous le rebord du lit). Bonne situation géographique à une dizaine de minutes de route du centre-ville et de la plage publique. La dame à l’accueil qui est aussi une des propriétaires apparemment n’est pas professionnelle. Nous avions besoin d’eau potable pour les biberons de bébé; il y en avait à la réception mais elle n’acceptait que du cash pour les vendre...

« The property was surface clean. Bottom of shower needed work, couch had stains (blankets would help), light bulbs burned out, pillow slip stains, dirty bbq, dirty coffee pot. You can tell that the cleaners are not putting in any effort, and there is no one checking on their work. The biggest issue was the plugged sink drain. It seemed ok, but slow, for the first few days, but then when we used a large amount of water in the sink, it wouldn’t drain. A plumber was called, but was unable to fix it...
