This hotel is cheap and a little run down and the lift was repeatedly out of order. Our room to the rear of the hotel had a nice view of the 'mountain' and cable car. It was also quiet.

Great hotel for the price.
This IBIS hotel is one of the best I ever visited. The rates are reasonable, the facility is very clean and the staff very helpful and welcoming. The sleeping room is comfortable, with a very pleasant shower, but could be better lit. The building is quiet thanks to a good insonorisation.

Room smelt of cigarette throughout our 1 night stay. I made sure I booked a non smoking room. However, I was given this room. This made our stay at the property a bit unpleasant. Breakfast was overpriced for the options provided.

Great for overnight stops.
Late arrival to break journey from Holland to Spain. Room was small but well set out, clean with comfortable bed. Nice Take away continental breakfast due to Covid restrictions.

Hotel with the basic comfort. I was hoping for coffee/tea facilities in the room, but not included. Used this hotel for one night only, so it was ok. Located on a busy street but I didn't hear a lot of traffic noises on third floor. ,Just a short walk from the center and the historic Citadelle.

Business Hotel at the Edge of Namur
The Ibis hotel in Namur is very much no-frills; it appears very much designed for business travelers in that the furniture is minimal, the TV is limited to the most basic channels and the premises are somewhat outside the city centre. Nevertheless, there are plenty of things in its favour, such as very helpful staff, the fact that it is walking distance from the Namur station and the cheaper price mean that the Ibis should not be dismissed, either. Thanks to the helpfulness of the staff, we were able to cover most of the city within two days, since we arrived early on one day and then departed late on the next, seeing as we could leave our luggage behind.

The room smelled really bad and we had to open the window for a while. Additionally the heating ventilation was extremely noisy, the beds in bad condition. Not a good infrastructure. The personnel was great though

Not the best town in Belgium.
A nice room,good car park & efficient staff. But the breakfast was expensive and the location was not close enough to the town centre,which when we got there was disapponting.

Great spot every thing within walking distance
We stayed here for the cyclocross World Cup we could walk to the citadel and to all of town , no need for a car we left it in the hotel carpark for our entire of our very enjoyable stay ,hotel breakfast is great kept us going most of the day

Good location. Stuffy, hot rooms.
Breakfast not included in room price and is extortionately high at €15 per person for a pretty basic offering. We elected to avoid. Bar is nice though. Room was stuffy and uncomfortable. Window had a lock that only allowed it be opened about 50mm. At one point I stood with the door open to the corridor as that was cool to try and get some air flowing in the room. Parking limited and we luckily arrived early to get a spot.

Nice hotel in Namur
Ibis Namur Centre is an ideal hotel for a short break in this interesting Belgian city. The hotel is a short walk (about 10 mins sedate) from the main shopping streets and squares. The hotel has good facilities and serves snack meals in the bar/lobby area as well as an excellent breakfast. However there's lots of cafes and restaurants in the city centre that serve great food. There's ground level and underground car parking, though the later was a bit complicated to find. Don't stop outside the hotel as it's a bus lane and you risk a 55€ fine! Rooms are not huge, but have everything you need including one of the most comfortable beds I've ever found in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful and most had good English. Check in/out was quick and efficient.

Aircondition was horrible, couldn't breath.
The aircondition gave the room a foul smell and made breathing hard. I got a nervous cough that only got better after a couple of hours. Don't recommend this hotel. Rooms look nice as a first impression, but there must be something that gave off this smell and I don't really want to know what disgusting thing it was...

Generally good. Made a mistake with billing: charged us again for something we paid for by mistake. Just check the bill. Helpful and friendly staff. Bad wifi.
