"No English speaking or want to speak staff on site. Very unfriendly front desk staff. Wed. City is mostly closed, including all restaurants. Hotel did not inform guests and were not prepared. We did eat at their last reserved time at Chinese restaurant, which was terrible and not our choice for dinner. ..."
