Staff were nice. Parking would have been better if the parking lot had been cleared of snow, ice and slush. It was hard to get around.

There seems to be no security doing nightly checks, kids running up and down the hallway till midnight makes it hard to sleep

Couldn’t get into hot tub and pool after having key cards changed several times by front desk staff.. clean but clearly old building and technology

Great hotel, close if you are using the Prairieland grounds. Room could have been cleaner, one sink tap almost broke, mirrors not really cleaned. But the check in staff is patient and friendly. I had called down for more coffee at 7 am, she told me she was the only one on staff, but still brought us up coffee to our room within less than 5 mins. Kuddos to the staff!!
