Situated on Lake Muskoka this property is centrally located between Bala and Port Carling. The cottage is in a bay across from Acton Island which makes the water very calm and ideal for swimming and water sports. 
This property sits on 1.2 acres of FLAT LAND VERY RARE in Muskoka  perfect for families with young kids to run around the property.
The property has 230 feet of Lake frontage with a sandy beach and gradual slope into the lake. There is also a big granite slab for shallow areas but slopes into deeper water for swimming and water sports.
The main cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with great views of the lake and a newly renovated kitchen with plenty of cooking utensils and dinnerware. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has 2 twins and bunk bed that converts to a full king or double with trundle….perfect for kids! 
The separate stand alone boathouse has an open floor plan with a comfortable king bed, two twin beds and a three piece bathroom. The small kitchenette has running water, microwave, coffee maker and a small fridge. The boathouse is great for an entire family and has a beautiful screened in porch overlooking the long views of the lake.

The 80’ long dock is the perfect place to watch the sunrise and bask in full sun until late afternoon. Cool off in the beautiful waters of lake Muskoka and have fun on the water trampoline! Test  your balance and agility skills on the slippery noodle or go for a slide. Guests also have access to two kayaks and a SUP board.  For those who need a break from the sun during the day or want to enjoy an evening outdoors but dislike the bugs….there is a 12x10 screened in gazebo with comfortable outdoor furniture, propane fire table and outdoor tv! 
It’s the perfect place to hang anytime even when it rains. 
Guests can enjoy roasting marshmallows and hotdogs around the outdoor fire pit! 

This property is perfect for an extended family or 2 families that want to vacation together.
This cottage sleeps a maximum of 10 people with a maximum of 8 adults within the total. 
Please Note: We do require a security deposit of $2000.00 that must be paid via EFT prior to your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days if there is not any damage claims.
