"It was a very clean house, it had almost everything we needed. It had some issues with the AC, we couldn’t control the temperature inside of the house. They probably had a preset on the thermostat. Also, only one shower was working properly. The shower handle in the hallway bathroom is slightly broken. The other shower was very tiny, and had some issues with water control, it was either hot or cold water and you couldn’t make it warm. The drain also didn’t work properly was the water didn’t go...

"Having rented many houses in this area this by far was the best! Cheryl was one of the most considerate and helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. The house was immaculate and so well stocked from everything from paper products to towels. I was especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen. Ample supply of pots pans dishes etc. pool area is beautiful and clean. So enjoyed our vacation and hopefully staying at your home again. Thank you Cheryl!"

"The listing is accurate to the "T" Quiet neighborhood, easy to shops, private! The King bed made such a difference. The pool was fantastic, anytime of the day, was serviced as stated. We only get to see my fam, once a year, we had family day at the pool. Mgt company answered all questions and in a timely manner. The only thing I would recommend would be cleaning supplies. ( I am neat freak) ex floor cleaner, spray cleaner for counters, etc.. Washer and Dryer was a nice addition! We will be back...

"My group and I were very comfortable in this home. There was plenty of space for everyone to sleep. The bed was comfortable. I mentioned to the owner that we were there to celebrate my daughter’s bday at Legoland. We were greeted with a gift for her. There is a Publix and Walmart close by which made it great to pick up last minute snacks and things we forgot to bring. Check in and check out was very easy."

"This house is amazing. Great location .. lots of tree frogs though. Nothing that can be helped honestly. Very nice, clean, well maintained, fully stocked for cooking etc. Prime Location and has become my favorite place now when need something in Central Florida. Host are amazing and communicative people."

"The house is newly remodeled and they did a great job. Furniture and beds are comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped but did lack dishwasher tabs, towels and detergent. The first night we were there, a large street party started across the road around 9 PM and continued until 2:30 AM. There were vehicles with loud music blaring riding past. It may have been a one-off special event as those attending were dressed up. Not at all the fault of the host. He said we could call police but I hesitated...
