This beautiful updated open floor plan 3 bed 2 bath home with recently refinished, propane and solar heated, salt water pool has everything you need to relax and escape your everyday lives. When you walk out into the back yard, you will find serenity calling your name. This private yard backs up to 500 acre Bell Creek Nature Preserve. Relax in the heated pool under the palm trees in the full screen enclosure as you watch the native birds fly overhead. Lounge chairs, pool floats and towels are all included at your special vacation getaway. Heading inside the home you will find updated modern appliances and a cozy seating area in the kitchen. Whether you order in or cook wonderful meals with the microwave, stove, oven/broiler/airfryer or outdoors on the propane grill, you will love dining in the screened in dining area (lanai) to dine al fresco!! The Lanai is accessed via large sliding glass doors from the kitchen, living room or master bedroom. In the evenings, kick back and watch the 65" smart TV in the living room or break out some of the included board games for some fun family time. There is a 50" smart TV in the master bedroom and 40" smart TV's in each of the other bedrooms. Other amenities included are: High speed WIFI. Central heating and air conditioning. The neighborhood was VERY nice and quiet, but being able to park in the garage with the rental made it that much better!We were greeted with a very nice welcome letter, champagne, and chocolates. All the rooms had their own tvs and they had any appliance you may need there for us to use. The little touches made this rental so special. We walked in to a special treat from the host, and it just got better from there. Most important to me was a supply of coffee! The owners took so much effort in providing personal touches so that we would feel like we were at home. It made for an easy and relaxing stay. There were 5 adults in our party and there was planet of space for us all. The owner was easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. Because there was no one checking in the next day they were gracious enough to allow for a late check out and then communicated challenges in area based on the impending hurricane. From the moment, my first message was sent to the property owner, I knew this was the place for my husband and I to celebrate Christmas in the Tampa area with friends. Rick was unbelievably responsive and accommodating. The home could not have been more comfortable. It truly felt like we were home for the week we were there. The house was clean, we slept like babies in comfortable bed and did not need anything. The house is extremely well stocked with all the things that you might need. This gem is tucked into a quiet neighborhood close to everything.The pool was a bonus addition to the great fenced in property.It’s in a great location, surrounded by fun things to do great restaurants and easy shopping. We had absolutely no issues with our weeklong stay and if we are in the Tampa area visiting our friends again, we would 100% stay at this location again. ##### Tracey A. My husband and I traveled to Florida to be with family, and this home was absolutely perfect for our holiday gathering. Our nieces and nephew (6, 3, and 18 months) absolutely adored the house and the pool. It’s not always easy to find a space that’s truly kid-friendly, but this one delivered in every way—our cousin (their mom) even commented on how thoughtfully set up it was for little ones. I heard my two nieces ask if they could "stay here forever?" What a compliment! We cooked a full Thanksgiving feast, and the kitchen was wonderfully equipped with everything we needed. From the moment we walked in, the home felt so warm and inviting, like it had been waiting just for us. Cozy doesn’t even begin to describe it! And the backyard—oh, the backyard—is pure magic. The pool was the highlight of everyone’s trip, complete with plenty of pool toys, chairs, and games. It’s an ideal space for fun, relaxation, and creating lifelong memories. A huge thank-you to Rick for being such a wonderful host. Communication was seamless, and he made sure we had everything we needed. You can tell he and his family genuinely care about making your stay special. We’ll treasure this trip forever and can’t wait to come back to Serenity Springs Nature Escape! ##### Colleen B. Apr 3, 2024 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Incredible stay at Serenity Springs Serenity Springs was our home away from home for our final spring break trip with our son before he graduates from high school. He wanted to mountain bike and charter fish and the Riverview location of Serenity Springs was the perfect distance to everywhere we wanted to be - Alafia River Trails, Balm Boyette Preserve, the Marina and the beach - my daughter's request (on break with her boyfriend from UW-Madison). The house was incredibly clean and the perfect size for the five of us. It had every amenity we desired including a well-stocked kitchen, garage to store our bikes, laundry, shampoo/conditioner in reusable bottles and an assortment of board games which came in handy for the few hours it rained one day. The solar heated pool was fantastic for relaxing in after our daily adventures and even my big kids enjoyed the squirt guns and floats provided. Rick put in the extra effort to make sure the pool temp was perfect for our arrival and the flowers in and around the lanai were in full bloom and absolutely lovely. I enjoyed the view of the preserve and checked regularly for birds/wildlife. Rick, Ruth and Meme were the most thoughtful hosts from before our visit even started right up to the moment we departed. They welcomed us like we were family. Rick was also very helpful when we had an issue with our vehicle. He made what could have been a very stressful situation quite easy to deal with.
