"Nana as a host was very caring. We took the SGR from Nairobi to Mombasa and arrived alittle early I contacted her and requested her if we could check in early she gladly agreed we checked in 6 hours early and we were very appreciative of that it gave us more time to enjoy the house the view and the calm environment. "Nice hotel in the village of Mtwapa. Condition of the hotel was average - could do with some slight renovations as a little outdated but if you are not looking to spend too much, this could suit you! Staff were friendly, especially Joanna at reception, who made the effort of remembering our names and always greeting us personally!"

"Arrived 2.30 pm had to wait two hours before the room was ready. Problem also checking out delayed another hour and charged extra for a mistake that wasn't mine and was a hotel.com error. No fridge in rooms and antiquated TV with very poor reception. Other than that staff were good but this hotel needs a good injection of money to upgrade the rooms Wouldn't go back to be honest. "
