"This house is always amazing. This is probabily the 3 or 4th time we stay and its always been a pleaser. There was a small issue eith the fridge but the home owner have been very responsive and eith amazing solutions. "
"This is a beautiful home. Check in was easy, the property owner is very responsive to questions, and he didn't ask us to do dishes, laundry, or clean bathrooms on our way out. We did start a load of towels for them anyway!This property had everything we were looking for - lots of space (we had 7 people and it never felt crowded), beautiful, upgraded bathrooms (my husband loved the Toto toilet), a hot tub that was sparkling clean, a fire pit, and a well stocked kitchen. Two bedrooms have queens, the master has a king, and the 4th bathroom has two bunk beds that are a single over a double each. Lots of space! The neighborhood is quiet and at the very top of the hill. Convenient to Incline Village. Everything was clean and there were lots of little extra touches that are so appreciated when you're on vacation - plenty of toilet paper, dishwasher tabs, beach towels, washing machine soap, paper towels, etc.If I had to pick one thing to find fault with, it's advertised as having a lake view but it doesn't really. You CAN see a small wedge of the lake through some trees when you're on the main level, but it's not exactly an amazing, exceptional view. It's just a small thing and all of the other perks to the house far outweigh the lack of a grand view. Overall, this house is fabulous and you won't be disappointed!"

"I don't think the photos do justice to how cozy and well maintained this property is. 10mins from Kings Beach, 7mins to sand harbor made life easy!The property was well stocked with kitchen utensils and condiments. Several extra linens/towels also helped in the beach visits. The only one thing for everyone to be aware of is that the house is spread across three floors with a small flight of stairs between them. So moving heavy luggage can be a concern."

"Family reunion. Place was large enough to accommodate us and was filled with the accessories that made our trip very enjoyable. The big bonus to this house is the wonderful decks that allowed to get fresh air and offered even more space. Well appointed kitchen for cooking."
