« Très beau condo. Tranquille et près de tout. La douche avait un débit faible et le bain ne drainait pas très bien l’eau. Dans la cuisine, toute la vaisselle utile est là mais il n’y a rien à part sel et poivre. N’oubliez pas de tout apporter pour la cuisson. « This property was nothing short of wonderful. My family and I were able to relax while enjoying the Vegas strip. The hotel had a delicious spot called the Delight and it was just that. Food was so good. My room was clean and the bed was comfy. I loved the spa tub/ shower combo. « It was so interesting looking out our window on the 38th floor of the Signature. We were OK with just viewing the mega hotels at different times of day from sunrise until evening. The room had a good mini kitchen for cooking our breakfasts and storing some cold foods. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was roomy and had good supply of hot water. Good location too. »

« This definitely has to be one of the best units in the building in terms of views. The unit was definitely clean and spacious-- excellent for family (we were four adults). Had not been to Lake Las Vegas before, but will definitely consider the area (and specifically the unit) any time I'm in Vegas and don't want to hassle with parking and "resort fees" on the strip! FYI: Small but well stocked grocery store just steps away, as well as several shops and restaurants. »

« We love staying at the Signature. If you are looking for a nice enjoyable quiet smoke free location near the strip, this place is for you. The pools are not packed and have great poolside service. If you want a more party like atmosphere there is a quick 10 walk inside and you have acess to the MGM pool. Love the balcony views and this 1 bedroom condo was perfect for us. »

« I liked that it was a little off the strip within walking distance. The amenities were great and the staff was friendly. Communication with the renter of the space was easy and they were very responsive. I enjoyed this property and would love to stay here again. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Bonus is you are right next to Top Golf! »

« Our family loved this condo for our daughter’s volleyball tournament. It fit our needs so perfectly. It was clean, well equipped and was exactly how it’s advertised. We also had the perk of the monorail right at our doorstep to help get us to and from the Vegas Convention Center. We will be back most definitely. »

« The property was just like the pictures. We were very happy and satisfied with the property, location and amenities. Only one complaint was the lack of kitchen supplies. Only one fork, very few cooking utensils and the pans were not conducive for cooking (burned and stained terribly). Also a lack of basic condiments ( salt, pepper, oil). Also a lack of cleaning supplies (windex, cleaning sprays, extra trash bags) especially since no housekeeping. Still overall really enjoyed the property and...

« I believe the clean up team need to be more professional. I dropped something that rolled under the bed, the surprise to see that this area had not been cleaned for a long long time. Found a popsicle stick against the couch in the living room. No dish cloth, only large soup spoons… Signature Suites need to re-vamp the condos, furniture… Getting old. This is my 10th year there. That may be my last. Owner Rafael, great communication, great man. I suggest that he visits, pulls the couch, looks...

« Établissement très agréable, notamment la piscine et la rivière sauvage. Les chambres sont sympathiques. Bien que nous ayons eu une chambre sans balcon contrairement à nos amis qui avaient une jolie vue avec un petit balcon. Établissement relativement long à rendre la caution puisque 10 jours plus tard nous n'avons toujours rien. »

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
