"The building actually contains at least eight or nine rooms, sharing a kitchen, washroom, etc. And it doesn't mention that most of those are students, creating some awkward interactions. Not the most comfortable situation. The room was fine, had some supplies since the students seem to empty things like toilet paper without replacing them. Overall, the price was too much especially after fees for what you get. Should have stayed at a hotel."

"The house was clean, bright, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Although some distance from beaches it was close to the airport and charlottetown. All of us (adults and children) thought it worked very well."

"Host is an excellent communicator. Kitchen was well-stocked. Spacious enough for two couples. Great TV/bonus room in basement. Very clean and safe area. Walking trail can be accessed at the end of the street. This host is new to vrbo. He was very open to feedback, and I believe with a few tweaks, this property will be excellent. "It was my best experience in many years renting places for vacation. As good as my own house, very comfortable and spacious. "Very beautiful house with peaceful and tranquil surroundings. It's a home away from home. Very close to supermarkets and department store. Brackley Beach is just around the corner and we had a delicious lobster roll at Richards Restaurant at the wharf on Brackley Beach. First few days weather were cloudy, but we were able to see the beautiful sunset in the last 2 days. Will definitely visit and stay again in the future. Thank you for your hospitality."

"I door to the cottage was not installed properly and have a 1 inch open gap to the outside, there was a major earwig issue, The floors were not clean and were in fact dirty when i arrived, I the show broke while I was there but they did fix it right away so that was a positive. over all not the stay I would have expected, the grass and property was not kept up at all,"
