"We had a large group of three families stay at this property and it worked out excellent. You have the full house plus backyard. the kitchen was really well laid out and the accessories and little touches were really great. It even included a bunch of plastic and glass containers for left overs when you had a cooking night. The host had left detailed instructions and everything worked very well. There were even games and backyard games included. All in all a great location to explore St.John's...

"We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...

"I wasn't ready for the 36 stairs to reach the unit, or the loud bass from the Dance club next door on the weekend. Probably better suited to a younger renter."
