I don't have any complaints, the staff were friendly. Hotel was clean a quiet. We visited during a snow storm and found it great that we didn't have to leave the building for food. However we were disappointed that Moxie's was not able to serve us due to their system being down.
The room was spacious and well equipped. Like the individual room temperature control. Bed is comfy and staff was amazing. I found the room is a little overpriced but had everything needed.
