It is a good hotel for the price paid. Lots of place for shopping but it is far from downtown of St Johns, so definitely need transportation.

We weren’t able to make our reservation as there were delays in our travel plans due to evacuation of our community because of a forest fire. We are still out of our homes for a week and requested a refund although I realize reservation was non refundable thought maybe we could have an exception due to circumstances, hotel refused. So for that fact that the amount was more important than customer service during a stressful time we will never book a room there again. It’s too bad because we like the hotel.

The room was too dark and sad. The shower very confusing/complicated, I hated the furniture and the pillow just didn’t work for me. The Crossroads Inn and Suites down the road was $100/night cheaper bright and comfy and even included a continental breakfast…

Our stay here was great. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and the beds were so comfortable! We loved having the use of the pool and we were within walking distance to some restaurants and the Avalon Mall and other stores like Walmart and Chapters. Very convenient to get to downtown St. John's, just a short 10min drive. Property is well maintained and we saw cleaning staff always around working the floors.

We hotel was very clean, staff are pleasant, and the room was very comfortable. My only complaint would be early morning noises at the back of the hotel. We also appreciated the gift card toward our breakfast.

The staff is very accommodating! What ever your needs are they are so willing to help! The bed was comfortable and so were the pillows as you can choose from or soft! Yes I would go back to this hotel for sure!

I was not pleased with the pool or hot tub both were dirty and the pool had way to much chlorine it was burning my eyes as well as my families eyes and our room was across from the pool and we could smell the chlorine in our room. But the staff was friendly helpful and very nice. The hotel itself was very clean and is located in a great location for food and convenience and shopping I would recommend for those reasons
