« Bâtiment historique à l'emplacement idéal au bord du lac et à deux pas du centre ville. Difficultés au check in : la chambre réservée a été échangée contre une chambre bas de gamme en mauvais état. Il a fallu réclamer pour avoir la chambre payée. L'hôtel est ancien et pas en très bon état. Service lent et laborieux au bar. Café offert le matin dans le lobby. Piscine non chauffée donc pas utilisable. »

« This was one of my FAVORITE places to stay. The host was AMAZING and made us feel at home during our stay. This place is a GEM! Spotless, great location and access with room to easily park our two truck's. The bed is VERY COMFORTABLE and we rested better there than our own home!! « The Estate is a wonderful old-style home creatively separated into rental units. The kitchen was stocked beyond my expectations, and I appreciated the property itself. Benches, swings and a gazebo under large shade trees were lovely, and there’s a large parking area in the back. I literally didn’t drive for the 3 days I stayed since I was able to walk everywhere. I will mention that the bathroom in Bamboo is not private, so I advise staying there only with someone you’re very comfortable with....

« Very clean and quiet/private. Had everything you would need for an overnight stay (great coffee! With creamer and sweetener there too!). Host very responsive to texts, even letting me know right when the cleaning crew was done in case we needed to check in a little sooner. Thank you for a great place to stay while visiting my sweet town I grew up in. »

« Pleased with the privacy it offered. Lots of space for our dog. Small kitchen area. It had a very comfortable bed and it was nicely decorated and quaint. The decks it offered and chairs were great and watching the sunrise and sunset from the back deck was very enjoyable. We hope to come again. »

"Le point le plus important pour nous : les express pour réduire considérablement le temps d’attente pour les attractions. Ensuite la possibilité d’entrer dans les parcs plus vite le matin. Puis la proximité des deux principaux parcs à pieds. Il faut prendre un bus Universal pour Volcano et un autre pour EPIC (arrêts au même endroit, à l’arrière de l’hôtel). Chambre standard. Personnel très sympathique."

"Très bel endroit, belle piscine et beaux décors. Grande chambre, bien insonorisée. Avons été upgradé sans l’avoir demandé. Nourriture au resto de type cafétéria correcte. Comment le Check in se fait(quantité de personne qui arrive vs personnel et comment ça se déroule) pourrait être grandement amélioré. Indication plus claire sur stationnement aussi serait apprécié lors de l’arrivée car les autos se stationnent et débarque devant l’hôtel alors que les autres véhicules attendent pour passer. Le petit stationnement pour Check in insuffisant. Personnel à la réception très gentil"
