Comfy bed, very quiet property. No TV.

Stayed 3 nights - I love the location, we had a room that looked directly at the lake, and sitting out there watching the cars and the people go by was very nice. The facility needs a good reno tho - paint is peeling and wood is beginning to rot on the balcony and the railing is a little sketchy. Inside was pretty clean except for the floor - as in you had to wipe your feet clean of dirt before putting socks on or going to bed. It is VERY dated. That said, I'd still go back again. The fella at the front desk was great.

Overall the place is good and very nicely located. The breakfast is good Continental style breakfast. A few notes, the Lake View is a long shared balcony that can be accessed from the beach by anyone, so you'll have people walking past by your sliding doors frequently. So most of the time I ended up having the curtains closed for privacy. Another thing is that the AC in the room is noisy, so if you're light sleeper, you might have hard time sleeping here. Lastly, the parking lot is not big enought for the property so you might end up having to find street parking.

Our room was run down Ceiling by light, paint was peeling Door handle to fridge was broken & would not shut Tub spout, silicone was not professionally applied.
