Close to train stations and the TCAT terminal. Made getting to Narita Airport very easy. Lots of good local restaurants around the neighborhood. The room was spacious for our family of 4 and it was a comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We would stay here again. Thank you!

The hotel was brand new, with lovely wooden floors and decor. Check in was easy and welcoming and location is close to shops, restaurants and Ueno station. The room is a large open space (we had three people in the flower room). There was also a portable cooking hob if you need to do simple cooking. We thought it was great value for the busy season we were in Tokyo. There wasn’t much to fault, only one minor things which may have made the stay even better- another option for pillow (although this may have been available, and I just didn’t ask).

Wonderful room, clean and elegant. Staff were extremely helpful and eager to please. Location in Ginza district just a 10 minute walk to Tokyo station. We stayed 4 nights and highly recommend it.
